What condition tiers do you sell?
Every listing is marked New, Like New, or Pre-Owned, and for wholesale bundles we grade by Tier A (new with tags), Tier B (new or almost-new, no tags), or Tier C (pre-owned with visible wear) — so you always know exactly what you’re getting before you order.
Can I buy just one pair, or is everything wholesale?
Both. We offer retail (single pairs, priced as marked), half-wholesale, and full wholesale/bulk orders of 20+ pairs on Tiers A, B, and C. Whatever quantity you need, we can work with it.
How do I place a wholesale order?
Head to our Wholesale Pricing page, pick your tier and approximate quantity, and submit a quote request. We’ll check availability and email you a written quote before anything is charged — payment is then collected securely via PayPal once you confirm.
How fast do orders ship?
Every batch is checked piece by piece before it ships. Most orders go out within a few business days of payment confirmation; wholesale bundles may take a little longer depending on the quantity and sizes requested.
What’s your return policy?
Retail orders have 3 days from delivery to report an issue and start a return. Wholesale/bulk orders are final sale once the tier and quantity are confirmed, but if a bundle doesn’t match what was agreed, reach out within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right. Are the sneakers authentic?
Yes. Every pair is inspected piece by piece from brands like Nike, Jordan, Adidas, Converse, Vans, New Balance, and Puma before it’s listed or shipped.
